Levels of Care
 
Level I - Basic Package, Independent
(No routine, scheduled interaction/support from the caregivers.)

Three meals a day
 All utilities (except telephone)
 Cable included (Extended Basic)
 Weekly housekeeping (vacuuming,       dusting, bathroom, bed linens)
 Scheduled medical transportation
 Daily trash removal
 Refrigerator / Freezer and Microwave

 24-Hour staffing
Resident Care Coordinator on staff
 Emergency notification
Health promotion clinic
 Local pharmacy delivery
 Monthly health education
 Routine maintenance
Daily social & recreational activities

The following Levels include the above serves plus:

Level I
 Up to 30 minutes of scheduled assistance over a 24 hour period.

Level II
 Between 30 and up to 60 minutes of scheduled assistance over a 24 hour period.

Level III
 Between 60 and up to 90 minutes of scheduled assistance over a 24 hour period.

 
 
Assistance with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) may include:


Full or partial bathing assistance
Hygiene/grooming assistance
Dressing assistance
Meal time reminders
Medication assistance or reminder
Personal laundry service
Assistance with transferring
Assistance to meals / events
Assistance with toileting / incontinence management
When care time / assistance routinely extends over 1 1/2 hours with in a 24-hour period, management will meet with resident / resident's family members regarding sitter care or relocation.
